Page Personnel are supporting a busy manufacturing organisation based in Willenhall with the appointment of an Interim HR Advisor to join a busy team for circa 6 months.
Description
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, the role of Interim HR Advisor will provide generalist support in all key areas of HR such as:
Recruitment
Employee Relations case work and dealing with unions
Providing guidance and advise to line managers
HR policies and procedures
HR reporting
All other generalist HR duties for a busy production siteProfile
Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role, ideally within a blue collar environment.
This role will be 100% office based working.
