You will be working for a dynamic, close-knit team who love what they do, based in lively Central London.

This is a new EA role working directly for the company CEO and includes:

  • Managing an ever-changing calendar: every day is different
  • Liaison with clients from diverse backgrounds – investors/philanthropists/social enterprises
  • Being the driving force behind the CEO’s meetings, from preparation to taking minutes
  • Inbox management
  • Getting involved in a variety of projects: your opinion is valued

This busy role is perfect for someone with an unrivalled work ethic who keeps their cool – and thrives – in fast-paced environments. You are hungry to get the job done and always willing to get stuck in and lend a helping hand. Your highly organised and disciplined nature enables you to multitask with ease. With 3+ years’ PA/administration/project management experience, you have excellent analytical skills and nothing gets past you. You are self-assured and excel at working autonomously yet see every day as an opportunity to learn more.
