A prestigious private equity firm is looking for a confident, proactive individual to join their front of house team, working alongside the head receptionist and facilities associate.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing the room booking system
- Greeting visitors and showing to meeting rooms
- Organising refreshments with third party catering team
- Answering phones and relaying messages
- Printing and binding for meetings
- Monitoring stationery and office supplies
- Management of outgoing courier items
- Assisting with office moves and meeting room layouts
- Assisting with contractor work permits
- Assisting with the joiner/leaver process
- Creating and issuing passes for employees
- Working with the Office Manager on internal events and office-wise events
The skills you need to bring:
- Reception & Facilities experience gained from corporate firm, Financial Services a plus!
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding office environment
- Confident communication skills
- Solid MS Office skills
- Willingness to learn new skills with a positive approach
- Ability to manage a variety workload
