A prestigious private equity firm is looking for a confident, proactive individual to join their front of house team, working alongside the head receptionist and facilities associate.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Managing the room booking system
  • Greeting visitors and showing to meeting rooms
  • Organising refreshments with third party catering team
  • Answering phones and relaying messages
  • Printing and binding for meetings
  • Monitoring stationery and office supplies
  • Management of outgoing courier items
  • Assisting with office moves and meeting room layouts
  • Assisting with contractor work permits
  • Assisting with the joiner/leaver process
  • Creating and issuing passes for employees
  • Working with the Office Manager on internal events and office-wise events

The skills you need to bring:

  • Reception & Facilities experience gained from corporate firm, Financial Services a plus!
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding office environment
  • Confident communication skills
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills with a positive approach
  • Ability to manage a variety workload
