We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for a food production company, that's expanding their team.
The main purpose of the role is to process orders quickly and efficiently while liaising with both internal and external customers.
Duties & responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:
* Sales Order Processing.
* Checking PODs and investigating shortages.
* Amending Sales Orders to agree to PODs.
* Generating Sales Invoices.
* Emailing invoices to Customers.
* Resolving stock issues, price queries, invoice miss-matches and any customer requests.
* Maintaining customer's price diaries.
Experience required:
* Attention to detail and data integrity.
* Well organised and able to work to agreed deadlines.
* Adaptable - able to change to keep pace with company growth.
* Excellent communicate and escalate issues as appropriate in a timely manner.
* Problem solving.
* Pro-actively help others in the team when they need help.
* Continuously suggest improvements to processes.
* Competent Word and Excel skills.
This position is easily commutable from Birmingham, Saltley, West Bromwich and Dudley
