Our client, an ambitious and successful COO of a rapidly growing Recruitment firm Working very closely with the COO, you will take responsibility for a range of projects within IT/HR/Finance which are all essential for the growth and development of the business.

Huge potential for progression and development within the business as your role develops, a desire to work an Operations Manager or Director in the future may be within your career aspirations. There will be autonomy, opportunity to develop and learn, and take responsibility for your own work.

To be suitable for this role, you should have some office operations/IT/office management or project management experience. 

You must have strong Excel, and operate well with spreadsheets and reports, having a keen eye for detail and business processes.

Excellent attention to detail - you should be someone who notices even the smallest errors and makes a point of ensuring everything is correct.

Excellent communicator; you will liaise internally, operate as an extension of the COO and be able to communicate on her behalf. You will be able to obtain information needed and push for responses when lacking.

Working very closely with the COO, she will welcome your ideas and is very open to taking on thoughts and suggestions for improvement.
