A fantastic opportunity exists to join this HelpDesk department of a leading global London bank, with its HQ based in the heart of the City.
Reporting to the Head of Contract Support you will manage the Helpdesk system using in house systems, maintain records, actively implement innovation to enhance performance and consistently meet and exceed expectations. You’ll assist the onsite team with financials and reporting, ensuring all KPI’s are met. You’ll monitor the attendance planner, book in Training courses, review and process Timesheets, communicate effectively with all stakeholders and clients and build relationships wherever you go! You’ll answer emails and calls in a professional, timely manner and attend meetings to share best practice. You’ll assist the finance team with various administrative elements.
This is an excellent role for a 2nd jobber with experience in Helpdesks or Customer Service, a keen and professional manner and a friendly nature.
