Senior HR Officer

You will come with a confident disposition and must be able to multitask and work to strict deadlines!
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing and delivering general HR advice on a range of issues for the full employee lifecycle
* Supporting the team with recruitment
* Preparing contracts of employment and terms of business
* Build and develop strong working relationships across the company
* Undertake HR metrics
The successful candidate will hold a CIPD qualification and come with working experience within a similar remit, especially confident in your ability to guide and support managers on ER matters, up to disciplinaries.
As a person you will be resilient, flexible, a strong team player and have excellent attention to detail.
Our client is offering a competitive salary of up to GBP36,382 with excellent benefits.
