A developing role for someone who can thrive in a fast paced, ever changing, manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a HR Manager for a manufacturing site, you will work collaboratively with the Production Director to ensure a pro-active, value-add HR service that will provide first line advice on all people relations matters, absence management, payroll admin and employee lifecycle.

Assist the Regional & Group HR to drive the HR strategy on site - to develop people and their teams, own the HR Cycle from recruit, retain & develop, to strengthening the culture and driving engagement through performance and talent management, learning and development.

Ideally you will have a background in HR working in a manufacturing, retail or logistics environment where you have a proven record of supporting and coaching managers of all abilities.

You will have all the right skills to offer support and guidance for your customers, and we will give you all the right tools to be able to do this - you just have to bring a wealth of experience, great communication and relationship building skills and a flexible approach to problem solving.
