We are looking to introduce a Merchandise Product Administrator to our Merchandise department to support the day to day running of the Merchandise function, ensuring daily tasked are carried out and priorities are dealt with immediately.

Your role

The successful candidate will be responsible for range plan management of product ranges across the network. You will be responsible for effectively liaising with key vendors to ensure all product information is complete before launch within guidelines and deadlines.

You should be able to:

  • Set up new products on the internal ordering system and communicate to the Merchandise and Studio teams.
  • Raise purchase orders for confirmed store displays and accessories.
  • Product range management - working to and updating the critical path, checking delivery schedule to meet all deadlines.
  • Communicate new models effectively to the team and to retail.
  • Maintain regular audits ensuring all live product information is accurate.
  • Create and update visual product range presentation boards.
  • Communicate new models effectively to the team and to retail.

Your qualities

Ideally you will have experience in a busy administration environment; you will be hard working, accurate and well organised with excellent attention to detail.
