24 hours a week - West End

My client who is an international commodities firm based in the West End is looking for an experienced and professional part time PA to support a team of 6 professionals. The ideal must be a self-starter, highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice friendly team, lovely offices.

The role is a part time role reporting to the CEO based in the London. The role requires close interaction with management in London, Hong Kong and the various assets across the world. The role provides overall coordination and development of administrative activities within the business.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Travel and diary management
  • Document management - organisation of physical and network documentation for the business
  • Compliance - working closely with the group legal counsel on administrative tasks relating to compliance activities
  • Secretariat - preparing and collating documentation and progressing workflow, appropriate logistics, signatures and filing
  • Branding/development - working within the group for development and centralisation of corporate branding and presentations (e. slide decks, templates, corporate videos, social media etc)
  • Visitor management - supporting business visitation to the London office (e. flights, transfers, hotels, meetings etc)
  • Maintaining agenda and minutes for selected team meetings
  • Ad-hoc support as needed including occasional personal tasks for members of the team

Skills and experience required for this role

  • Proven track record of supporting a team of busy professionals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organised self-starter
  • Ability to multi task and handle multiple and changing priorities.
  • Superior organisational skills and ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise critical thinking.
  • Good with people including multinational experience
  • Microsoft office incl Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
