A fabulous opportunity exists for a PA/Office Manager from a Professional Services Organisation to join this global sporting corporate, hosts of some of the most competitive and engaging sport on an international scale. With a reputation for excellence in all areas of its responsibilities this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for an accomplished PA/Office Manager to work alongside hugely talented individuals in the most dynamic or organisations.

Reporting directly to the CFO you will provide day to day administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer including Calendar Management, Travel arrangements, preparing briefing papers, processing expenses and invoices and assisting with some administration relating to financial matters. A secondary part of the role is to act as PA to the Office Services Director and to assist in the day to day running of the Office inluing meeting room management, covid policies, liaising with the building maintenance and facilities lead. 2 days a week you will sit on Reception.

You will be a traditional and accomplished PA/Office Manager with a flexible and versatile approach. You’ll have several years’ experience ideally in a corporate organisation (preferably professional services) with 1st class MS Office skills, demonstrable organisation and document management skills and strong interpersonal and literacy skills. You’ll be a meticulous organiser, proactive in everything you think and do with superb attention to detail.

Secretarial qualifications are preferable as is some experience of the Sports Industry.

This role is based in the office 5 days a week.
