Experience delivering 5-star customer service, in any background
Good and confident phone manner, and good attention to detail
IT literate
What will I be doing in the role?
Our Customer Service Executives are really important to our success and a critical part of our customer's positive experience with us. Our Customer Service Executives are known for ensuring the customer receives a level of service that represents and exemplifies a feeling of a true and holistic account management which develops stronger relationships for securing additional business. They are able to own the customers' needs and follow up on responses and promised actions and to act a liaison between the customer and other departments to resolve customer queries whilst being able to think quickly and creatively in these interactions to provide a good brand image and great Customer Experience.
To support our customers effectively you will;
Confidently develop strong relationships and work with customer and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities to add value to the service we provide.
Be the voice of the customer and can assist in creating a customer centric culture within the team.
Possess all the soft skills that a Customer Service Professional has, a clear communicator, acute listening skills, maintains self-control, a positive person that takes responsibility, can show empathy and above all a good sense of humour.
Confidently liaise with the Planning and Logistics teams to ensure customers lead-time and delivery requirements are met. Actively chase product availability, managing customer issues to facilitate speedy resolution - finding creative solutions where needed
