This is a new and exciting role to work as the "right hand" Executive Assistant for a dynamic , intelligent and charismatic Entrepreneur / CEO who has many global business ventures. This gentleman is really personable and needs a confident, super organised Executive Assistant to help manage and run his business life, primarily supporting him as CEO within a Boutique Investment / Finance company. Great work culture, international team which is fairly new and growing as the business grows. A real opportunity for someone to be involved with an entrepreneurial, innovative, fast paced business. As this is a new role you would have more scope and responsibilities as you prove yourself.
The role is primarily based from stunning offices in Knightsbridge (with the flexibility to work from home from time to time as you settle in). As EA to the CEO you will need to travel with him when required to Europe, the Middle East and globally, so you must be flexible to do this (approx 6 plus weeks of the year - usually every quarter).
The role involves mainly traditional EA duties and would include; complex diary and travel management, email inbox management, gatekeeping for CEO, liaising with VIPs and international clients and investors, attending and booking client meetings, drafting writing letters and emails on behalf of the CEO, assisting with some international client events. There is also some office management and some EA support to one of the Senior Directors.
This would suit a highly professional, very organised and confident Executive Assistant who is a people person and able to communicate well on an international level. You will understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion required at this level. A finance background would help but isn't essential, also languages would be a real bonus especially French and Arabic.
