My Client, a global Financial Services organisation, are currently seeking a Presentations Specialist to work within their London office.

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role, excellent all-round advanced MS Office skills including PowerPoint. This will be a 3-month contract where you will work evenings.

Evenings - £180 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating, formatting, and updating presentation materials
  • Use of Corporate templates
  • Updating and creating pitch-books, financial statements, and proposals
  • Constantly developing knowledge of deal process and banker roles
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word
  • Knowledge of advanced applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel Charting, ArcMap, and other specialist applications
  • An understanding of performance metrics
  • Job tracking
  • Providing a high level of Customer Service
  • The ability to work as part of a global team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

    • The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team. Continually improving quality output and developing capabilities for service excellence.

    Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role, preferably within Financial Services
  • Client service orientated, the ability to liaise comfortably at all levels
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
  • Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, ArcMap InDesign is desirable
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • The ability to work within a team
  • Must be able to work evenings
