Office Angels are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a creative Global Marketing client of ours based in London Bridge. 

This client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join their Recruitment team to oversee and support their company processes.

This role will be to interview and start ASAP, please apply if you are immediately available

£12 - £14ph | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Hybrid Working Available

 Job Duties:

  • Providing administrative and logistical support for interview arranging, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and third parties where required
  • Direct sourcing and talent pooling support
  • Managing active candidates pools, both permanent and freelance  
  • Extend offers to candidates successful in the interview process and monitor their on-boarding process including background checks
  • Utilize applicant tracking system for job postings, reviewing applicants and creating offer letters
  • Screen applications for qualified candidates
  • Manage the candidate referral process
  • Track activity/history with the company in the pipeline and communicate the status of their candidacy in a timely manner
  • Update weekly pipeline reports and long-term statistics on recruitment
  • Maintain important documents in regard to tracking open/closed roles and number of interviews per week

Candidate

  • Experience within a Recruitment position
  • Good knowledge of Recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Docs
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Good attention to detail and very organised
  • Excellent communication skills
