Our client a Property Investment firm based in South West London is looking to recruit an Office Manager to support the day to day running of their busy and vibrant office. You will provide proactive administration support to the EA whilst creating and maintaining a presentable, welcoming office environment for all colleagues and visitors.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Coordinates and oversees all office management, ICT supplies and processes to ensure they are effective and fit for purpose that enables seamless collaborative hybrid working
- Providing a presentable, clean, safe and equipped office environment, that promotes high performance, wellbeing and sustainability.
- Administration of various office procedures; Complaints, Anti-Bribery, Style guide etc
- Equipment champion; telephone, AV and click share, laptops, photocopiers, alarm and access fobs.
- Assisting with the practical management and administration of health, safety and wellbeing for employees, and all visitors, including assisting with associated awareness, risk assessments and audits.
- Responsible for meeting and greeting Director’s guests, ensuring rooms are booked with no conflicts, preparing refreshments, and providing equipment as required
- Manages the new joiner/leaver process, including system updates
- Environmental; providing and championing sustainable practices including managing office recycling
EA assistance
- Support the EA with daily administration and secretarial duties, including report formatting, proof reading, updating and maintaining company policies, procedures, registers and records, data entry and PowerPoint presentations
- Assists the EA with arranging and delivering informative and collaborative staff meetings, ensuring effective and engaging presenting and organising and hosting inclusive company socials and events.
- Supporting the EA with; diary management, researching and booking external venues, hotels, flights etc.
- Providing daily absence cover to the receptionist; providing a welcoming and efficient front of house experience to all callers and visitors to the office.
- Assists the Leadership Team with any other reasonable duties.
The Person
The right person will have at least 3 years Office Management experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy. Working in the sociable and friendly team you will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Other key attributes will include strong MS Office skills, working knowledge of H&S a well and experience providing an effective ICT support service.
Hours 9-5.30 Monday to Friday – this is a fully office based role.
