Premier Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a leading Waste Management business based in Dorset who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. Our client delivers fully costed and sustainable waste removal and recycling through various industries including Construction, Refurbishment, Shop fitting and House building.
Joining a close-knit office you will be the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries so they are therefore looking for someone who has excellent telephone manner and ideally previous experience within a phone based Customer Service role, however face to face experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Building rapport with customers and suppliers whilst also managing accounts where needed
Processing customer orders and liaising with suppliers
Dealing promptly and efficiently with telephone and email queries from customers and suppliers
Liaising with accounts receivables regarding customer credit card payments
Other ad-hoc duties ensuring the smooth running of the customer service department
Assisting your colleagues in other departments where required
Making notes for sites, clients and supply chain with appropriate information and advising departments on issues
Administration of new suppliers and customers onto system
Obtaining rates for smaller upcoming projects and containers
Performing administrative tasks as required
