Our client a leading Educational Technology company requires an experienced Project Manager / EA to remotely support their busy CEO.

The EdTech company develops blockchain software with embedded analytics for schools/universities. They sponsor STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) programs and embed their softwares to measure impact.

You will be a confident EA with extensive Project Management experience and preferably a background in a similar company / role.  You will act decisively to keep the various teams on track for delivery and keep goals in synch with deliverables whilst being highly organized with excellent attention to detail. 

Initially this will be a 3 day per week role (potentially 4 shorter days) until December with a thorough handover with the exiting EA and could then remain part time or potentially develop into a fulltime opportunity.

This resource will be a critical member of the team to whom the CEO will lean on.

Hours:                  Part time 3 per week (potentially 4 shorter days)

                             9am-5pm with some flexibility

Location:              Remotely with the possibility of travel in the future

Salary:                  Dependent on experience

Start Date:            Immediate

Interviewing:        Immediate

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Managing CEO’s engagements and meetings coordination.
  • Facilitating the day to day seamless running CEO schedule and ongoing projects.
  • Preparing and collating information for critical clients.
  • Coordinate activities efficiently.
  • Keep the vision clear and the work on track.
  • Make sure everyone on the team contributes. 
  • Make sure project goals are delivered on time and on budget. 

Candidates must be / have:

  • Great commercial awareness.
  • Able to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable representing the business, which includes regularly liaising with high-status clients.
  • First-rate written and verbal English, comfortable with drafting professional correspondence.
  • Self starter and critical thinker.
  • Experience in Tech and / or Education would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Working hours should typically be 9-5 but the role will require some flexibility at times when there are milestones to deliver
