Inventory Controller Administrator

A Multinational Energy Company based in Thatcham is seeking Inventory Controller Administrator

to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide key information via Oracle E-business Suite reports to customers concerning deliveries, stock holding / stock value.
Actively manage the inventory optimization using Min/Max planning to ensure target stock availability levels are met whilst driving down overall inventory levels across numerous sites.
Analyse customer trends and recommend adjustments to minimise potential capacity restrictions which could impact business goals.
Responsible for actioning customer requests concerning SKU amendments, stock holding to maintain a high level of stock accuracy.
Actively contributes to the improvement of inventory spread throughout multiple regions to ensure all customers are able to continue planned work without disruption.
Analyse constrained stock at warehouse level, to maximise customer availability.
Provide daily / weekly updates on issues arisen and planned actions for resolution to stakeholders.
Plus other adhoc supply chain tasks based on team priorities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential Functional / Technical Skills

The ability to carry out analysis of complex data to create accurate forecasts and order plans.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communicator and comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers at all levels
Self motivated and comfortable taking control of role and managing complex issues through to resolution
