Student Support Administrator
HRGO Education are seeking an excellent candidate who is tenacious and shows attention to detail in order to offer high level Pastoral Administration, supporting members of the leadership team in their roles with the most vulnerable children and families and provide systematic support to quality assurance of these processes.

Can work independently but contribute to a strong team ethos
Is willing to work flexibly.
Previous administration or receptionist experience.
Has excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting young people
Will have the ability to engage and inspire pupils and build excellent relationships.
Is resilient, hard working and self-motivated
Will be a committed team player who is organised and practical.
Will be committed to follow schools ethos.
Will be passionate and ambitious about their own career development.You will join a friendly and welcoming administration team which is forward thinking, innovative and passionate about supporting young people and their families. The team prides itself on working together and supporting students to remove barriers to learning and maximise their access to the many excellent opportunities available and is keen to appoint a colleague who shares a similar ethos
