HR Administrator - Immediate Start

If so, Osborne Appointments are working with a client based near Hatfield that are currently looking to recruit for a HR Administrator to join a busy HR department on a 6 Month FTC.

Our client is a rapidly growing business that are looking for an individual to join a very busy HR department to contribute to providing the highest level of customer service and colleague experience and deliver operationally excellent HR service ensuring that high quality standards are met. You must have strong administration skills, great communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

This role is to start immediately, on a 6 month FTC (which could be extended)

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing an excellent service across a broad range of HR transactions, including recruitment administration, offer ad new starter administration, contract changes, flexible working administration, absence administration, leaver administration, optimum sytem and process set up, management reporting and HR KPI's.
• Support and deliver HR aspects of colleague on-boarding
• Ensure HR databases / HRIS / People Team Intranet pages / filing systems are accurate and up to date.
• Monthly reporting including Headcount reporting, HR dashboard, Colleague changes
• Support the team on third party vendor creation and contract review.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working within HR
• Excellent organisation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent knowledge of using Outlook, Word, Excel
• Available immediately
