Are you looking for your next Packaging Customer Service Management role? Do you have previous experience of managing a large multi-sited team and have a strong background within a Packaging or FMCG industry? You will work with key stakeholders across the Labels and Board division to pull together your plan to continue to deliver the highest class level of customer service across the divisions, ensuring you continually strive to provide "best in class" customer experience in all areas of the business. The role covers 7 sites across the UK where you will be responsible for developing and leading groups of Office Managers, Customer Service Executives and Administrators to be the best they can, whilst always considering the customer in everything that we do.

You will need to be a strong commercially led individual and work with the Sales Director towards the business goal of providing and promoting excellent customer service throughout the organisation. As a customer service professional, you will drive the organisation to determine the best process / route for executing excellent customer service ensuring that there is a clear understanding throughout the organisation of the client / category needs. You will act as the voice of the customer across the organisation, and promote this at all levels. You will understand your market and ideally have had exposure to these or similar niche products, previous experience of measuring customer satisfaction as well as a proven track record of improving performance of an organization is preferred.

There is a requirement for ad-hoc UK travel therefore, a flexible approach is required.
