HR System Implementation Lead
We are looking to appoint an HRIS Lead to manage delivery of HR Information Systems implementation for the Greencore Group. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve processes in alignment with system requirements and deliver new systems and a change management programme which sets out new roles and responsibilities, delivers compliance, streamlines performance, and produces data insight which supports decision making as part of our wider business strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
- Project manage the implementation of a new HR & Payroll system in line with the delivery of the HRIS strategy
- Set clear objectives for the wider team to deliver against as part of the project plan
- Understanding of new system requirements v our current system landscape, identify differences in current practices and rectify and change to be ready for new system implementation
- Drive change management of process, roles and responsibilities and set expectations of how to work in line with new systems.
- Partner with the HR team, SME'S and Key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and establish deliverables.
- Partner with the IT function to ensure timely delivery of the HRIS agenda
- Ensure swift resolution of any process or technical issues that arise during implementation
- Set new role and responsibility requirements to support efficient system processes
- Documentation of current and future processes and capability to train the wider team in our new ways of working
- Establish Data and reporting outputs to ensure compliance and insight

What we're looking for- Knowledge of HR Information systems gained across a few sectors, coupled with previous experience delivering system and process change
- Up to date knowledge of current thinking and trends in the HRIS arena
- Ability to draw meaningful insight from data and make clear logical recommendations based on the insight
- Ability to take complex processes, understand key detail and determine the effect on the wider programme of work when appropriate
- Strong project management and systematic planning skills.
- Able to work in both a technical and strategic capacity alternating between the two as required.
- Experience of working closely and in partnership with all COE's within the HR function.
- High level of written communication along with the ability to express themselves clearly and succinctly, at all levels.
- Collaborative approach when working with HR Managers/ Business Partners.
- Ability to manage several issues and tasks at the same time.
- Leads by example, motivates, and inspires those around them.
- Work and achieve costs in line with a budget.
