A fabulous opportunity exists for an experienced Team Assistant with Events and Project Management to join this global sporting corporate. . With a reputation for excellence in all areas of its responsibilities this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for an accomplished Team Administrator to work alongside hugely talented individuals in the most dynamic of organisations.
Reporting directly to the Coaching Team you will provide day to day administrative, event and project management support to the Head of Coaching & Team including organising internal and external stakeholder meetings, Calendar Management, Travel arrangements, undertaking extensive project and event administration and being an ambassador for the business.
You will be a traditional and accomplished Team/Events Assistant and have experience working for a sporting organisation and/or have extensive knowledge of football. An interest in the Coaching side would be beneficial! You’ll have experience of supporting multiple projects simultaneously and you’ll have 1st class MS Office skills, demonstrable organisation and document management skills and strong interpersonal and literacy skills. You’ll be a meticulous organiser, proactive in everything you think and do with superb attention to detail.
