Project Manager - Dubai

My client is looking for Project Managers to oversee our various brand divisions across live events, hospitality, fashion, and sports. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative executions that amplify the success of the clients business in the local market and abroad. You will build scalable solutions to maximise the success of these divisions whilst driving business. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences of the brand.

These positions would oversee the coordination of all aspects of a brand division from conception, procurement, deployment, operations, sales, and marketing.
You will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Responsibilities:
• Planning and defining the scope of the brand divisions
• Developing action plans to ensure brand divisions are deployed in-line with expectations
• Ensuring that brand divisions have the necessary resources to deliver a high-quality experience
• Responsible for all budgetary requirements, ensuring brand divisions are profitable
• Ensure all necessary internal and external documentation is fulfilled
• Deliver transparent reporting on brand division performance
• Effectively managing risks and customer experience issues
• Act as a leader to the brand division team and motivate team members
• Effectively network with brand division stakeholders to maintain a high-quality experience
• Source and manage suppliers with regards to logistics and costs
• Spearhead overall quality control in maintaining a long-term high-quality experience
• The project managers must be innovative, on-trend and creative
• Track the competition to ensure that the brand divisions are always number one in their field

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience
• An understanding of any of the following: facilities management, event management, fashion line, design/launch, music production/streaming, motorsport
• Skilled in project management
• Knowledge of KPI’s and marketing techniques
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of, and manage a workforce
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates with other staff

My client will look at relocating a candidate from London but my client will only give a relocation flight.
