A fantastic EA / Executive Assistant / Business Assistant opportunity for a proactive and dynamic PA / Assistant candidate to provide seamless "right hand" support to an incredibly busy, dynamic and charming COO. This unique and exciting role will give the candidate a real chance to make an impact and get involved, including an interesting mixture of classic and more project based work.

BUSINESS ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Working closely with COO on projects to continually improve functions across the business (e.g. annual appraisal process review, improving onboarding process, new system roll outs)
  • Working very closely with back office teams – IT, HR & Finance
  • Coordinate ISO certifications for the companies in the group
  • Project and data tracking
  • Arranging Board meetings 
  • Extensive diary and calendar proactive management
  • Dealing with incoming correspondence/emails & flagging important issues
  • Reviewing client terms of business, contracts etc.
  • Ad hoc Personal PA / Private PA support to COO

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO COO SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills a must and strong Office 365 Skills
  • Experience of working in fast paced environment
  • Project management experience (i.e. system roll outs)
  • Strong but diplomatic personality when coming in/ getting to know the teams
  • Be people, process, systems, and technology focused with a track record of implementing effective change
  • Business savvy with the ability to learn how the business runs

This is a wonderful opportunity for an Office Manager or Senior EA to CEO/COO who has previously coordinated projects to take the next step towards an Operations/Operations Manager role. You will have a good degree (finance, business or legal ideal), you will have worked at Exec level and come from a finance or professional services background.

Working hours 9am - 5.30pm, great work culture and balance (3 days per week remote, 2 days based in central London office)
