This is a pure PA role working alongside the Head's of Department of one of the City's most impressive international law firms. What they are seeking is a lively outgoing personality, and a background working at PA level in any sort of substantial professional services environment at Director of Head of department level.
The PA who takes on this role can look forward to superb working conditions, a fully supportive and inclusive environment, and they can expect extensive contact and relationship building, not only with partners and management within the firm.
It's an excellent opportunity a first class organiser, who enjoys setting up and overseeing the smooth running of everything from management meetings and presentations, to staff training seminars and departmental social events. Other responsibilities include gate keeping, diary management, travel arrangements, and ad hoc project work.
