Tiger Recruitment are hiring for a Content Manager to join our marketing team! Tiger Recruitment has developed a loyal client and candidate base; we’re now recognised as the market leader in matching high-quality support staff to top businesses and successful individuals around the world. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will create the majority of Tiger’s internal and external content for all our communication channels, in particular incorporating writing using the latest SEO techniques.

Duties
• Plan and create insightful printed and digital communications
• Review analytics and content performance to test and finesse future content strategies
• Ensure online content is SEO-optimised where relevant, working to SEO content plans as set by Head of Marketing and Communications
• Liaise with external SEO agency to plan and implement SEO-led website content
• Proactively approach and engage with contributors or third parties, growing and managing contributor relationships through interviews and partnerships
• Social media management
• Events: assist with coordination, planning and attendance of Tiger events, ensuring latest market trends are considered.
• Increase conversion rates and ROI alongside other members of the marketing team to contribute to engagement, website traffic and positive SEO
• Use WordPress CMS, Meet Edgar, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Hashtagify, Canva, Medium, Slideshare as communications tools and publishers
• Alongside other members of the marketing team, research and grow the list of key partners with whom Tiger can collaborate, monitor/manage membership base and online forums

Skills

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comprehensive understanding of writing for SEO
• Ideally, successful candidates will have held at least 1-2 years in a similar role
• Experience with a CMS is preferred
• Some experience using Adobe creative suite
• University degree in marketing, publishing, journalism, graphic design or similar preferred
• Creative flair and an ability to think outside the box
• Drive, dynamism and ambition to further develop the Tiger brand
• A proactive attitude and curious mind
• Enjoy relationship-building and enjoy meeting new people
• Enthusiasm to learn
