Roles: Client Services Manager
Reporting to: Programme Delivery Manager
Location: Home-based, with occasional meetings in Cornwall
Salary: GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 per annum plus benefits (pro-rata if part-time)
Hours: Flexible, will consider full-time (37.5 hours per week, 1.0 FTE) or part-time hours (minimum of 22.5 hours per week, 0.6 FTE).
Contract: Fixed term contract, expected to complete on 31 December 2022. There may be other opportunities with the company after this date.

We are delivering a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) contract which commenced in November 2018 and will be completed in late 2022 to support established and start-up businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (CIoS). Our support is to help high growth potential businesses achieve their scale-up goals, create new jobs and improve productivity through the provision of tailored one-to-one coaching, Masterclasses and Executive Placement support. About the role
This Client Services Manager role is available immediately. They will help to enable our successful completion of the ERDF-funded Transform 2 business coaching programme in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
The Client Services Manager will deliver and manage all Client Services professionally and efficiently, ensuring that operational processes, quality control and reporting routines are compliant with ERDF and company requirements. They will collect and collate match funding evidence from clients supported on the Executive Placement scheme and be the first point of contact for clients and others outside the company.
This role will be home based, with occasional meetings in Cornwall.
