PA supporting Real Estate team - Private Equity firm

A leading Private Equity firm is urgently looking for a PA to supporting the Real Estate team of 5 up to MD level; based in a fantastic Mayfair location; this is an excellent opportunity to temp within a prestigious Private Equity firm. 

We are looking for a PA who is available immediately and has previous PA experience supporting a busy real estate team, ideally within Private Equity or another investment firm. You must be able to hit the ground running! You will be super organised, able to book extensive travel including flights, hotels and transfers. Manage busy diaries and calendars. Arrange internal and external meetings. 

You will be a helpful and proactive person who wants to be in an office-based role and can work well under pressure and in a busy environment! 

You will be supporting a lovely team in a great office location.
