House Manager Kensington UP TO £80K GPA

We are looking for an exceptional house manager to join a stunning property in Central London (Kensington). Your major role will be to manage the staff ensuring good communication and efficiency amongst the 10 strong team of household staff. You will be responsible for rotas, allocating holidays and providing all staff members with clear duties and responsibilities to ensure all the needs of the household are met. We are looking for someone who will walk the rooms, set the standards of cleanliness and check/recheck always. The family have returned full time to the UK having spent a year abroad and the staff will need to get used to having a full house once again. The Principals are fair and polite and have fully staffed households internationally. They have very high standards so only candidate who have worked at the very top end of the market will be considered for this position. There is a long term fantastic house manager who will be working between the London property and another one, focusing mainly on refurb works and maintenance, hence the importance of having excellent staff management skills as this will be your focus. You will be working alongside him (not below him) and good communication between the two of you will be important. 

Salary: up to £80K gpa
