PA

We are currently recruiting for a PA to join a prestigious Music brand based in London. This company is global and full of passionate industry leaders, it is an amazing opportunity to become a part of this incredible brand. This is a critical role supporting three members of the Legal team as well as ad hoc support to the wider team.

We are looking for a PA who is happy to work mainly remotely for now but happy to do a few days in their gorgeous West End offices. This really is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your career in a wonderful and progressive environment. The role is paying between £35,000- £40,000 per annum for the right candidate.

The job:

• Liaising with the three people you are supporting on daily tasks
• Diary management across multiple time zones
• Arranging travel and itineraries
• Raising Po's and helping with invoice logging
• Screening calls and liaising with different departments
• Oranising events, Xmas parties, lunches etc.
• Coordinating weekly video calls
• Filing as well as logging and scanning documents/contracts
• Liaising with IT for new starters
• Creating presentations
• Working on projects
• Ad-hoc administration

Skills Experience:

• Great computer skills
• Excellent communication, written and verbal
• Great Diary Management skills (especially across different time zones)
• Flexible approach and lifestyle
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
