A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join a a highly sought after global consultancy/design firm, who have recently moved in to a newly designed flagship office in the West End. This is a unique opportunity to work across both sides of the business and the chance to progress long term.
A lead Receptionist/Operations/Events Coordinator is required to join a team of 2 where you will be required to hit the ground running and be able to work in an incredibly dynamic, fast-paced, and slick operation. With no two days the same, you will be meeting with HNW clients, assisting the Events Manager in coordinating events where you will utilise their incredible roof terrace/entertaining space, as well as project work, operations, and various other administrative duties. A very exciting time to join and to work with a collaborative, dedicated, and supportive team. Ideally looking for solid senior reception/concierge/front of house experience gained in a similar environment or high end hospitality.
A temporary to permanent role starting as soon as possible.
