Our client is an award-winning independent lettings agency, located in the heart of Glasgow's southside, close to Queen's Park.

Role

To carry out administrative duties to a high standard. Able to work in a busy environment and to multi-task. Able to help other team members with day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

Essential

* Maintain databases, arranging viewings, liaising with tenants, uploading new and existing properties to the internet.

* Answering the telephone.

* Maintaining digital and paper files and records.

* Issuing relevant letters to both tenants and landlords.

* Arrange relevant safety certificates to be renewed on time.

* Arrange property inspections and issuing new lease agreements.

* Manage stock control and ordering of supplies.

* Providing support to the company director and arranging meetings and providing administrative support for the director.

Desirable

* Letting's background would be advantageous, but not essential, full training will be provided.

Full time hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm

Occasional Saturdays from 11am to 3pm

Salary Scale

GBP17,000 - GBP21,000
