A boutique investment firm are looking for a bright, pro-active, confident receptionist/office assistant to begin as soon as possible.

This is a part-time position Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Based on front of house, you will be the ultimate go-to person for all the office's administrative needs. Becoming a core part of the team, the ideal candidate will have a 'nothing's too much trouble' attitude, will be happy to take on challenges, be innovative, and a true problem solver.

Based FOH, your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and guests, ensuring they are seen in a timely manner 
  • Scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Answering the phone and general enquiries 
  • Preparing meeting rooms, packs and documentation 
  • Organising socials, events and lunches for the team
  • Handling supplier and contractor liaising
  • Processing office stationary orders
  • Filing expenses, ensuring they are in line with company policy
