Office Administrator

White Space is thrilled to be working with a renowned architectural practice based in West London who is urgently seeking a fabulous Studio Administrator to join their vibrant and dedicated team. With tremendous development potential and the chance to work within a globally recognised practice, this is truly a wonderful opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is looking to make the step up in Office Management.

Your daily responsibilities will be to assist the Practice Manager in ensuring smooth operation of the studio whilst managing front of house duties and administrative tasks which encompass the following:

• Monitoring accounts mailbox
• Answering and screening telephone calls
• Project Administration
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Assisting with HR
• Assisting with Marketing
• Booking and managing meeting room (including catering)
• Assisting with the monitoring and ordering of office supplies
• General admin support
• Booking couriers
• Binding documents for presentations
• Maintaining a safe and clean reception area and meeting room
• Sorting and distributing post

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Excellent customer facing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Adobe InDesign or and Photoshop knowledge would be an advantage
• Proactive approach with a strong work ethic
• Able to engage and work with a wide range of people including those holding senior positions in this and other organisations
