HR Payroll Process Lead

The HR \ Payroll Process lead will work with business stakeholders across HR and Payroll to plan, lead and conclude all outstanding activity on the process workstream.

Key accountabilities:

• Work with HR and Payroll service owners to validate the current process maps and process taxonomy and ensure that all touch points across functional areas are mapped with the relevant dependencies

. * Co-ordinate and facilitate process mapping workshops, managing the documentation and sign-off of the relevant outputs.

• Must be pro-active, self-starter who can drive this workstream forward within a fast-paced complex programme.
