We’re looking for a HR Generalist to take on a brilliant new role in Chelsea! Our client is a private equity firm with a fantastic culture and close-knit team, who are all friendly, humble and dedicated. You’ll be joining as the sole HR support in an incredibly varied role, so there’s lots of opportunity to mould this and make it your own.

THE CANDIDATE

To be successful in this role you’ll need at least three to five years solid HR admin experience working within private equity or a finance organisation of a similar size. You should have experience dealing with a broad range of HR responsibilities as you’ll be the go-to in the office for all related queries and concerns. We’re looking for someone who is confident, a self-starter, and is resourceful to solve any queries and issues of their own accord. 

THE ROLE

What makes this role really exciting is that you’ll be given complete autonomy from the get-go. The role is extremely varied and you will get involved with everything from performance management, recruitment, employment contracts, learning and development, benefits, payroll and more.

• 25 days holiday per annum

• Core hours are 9-5:30pm
