Private & Business PA  (Mayfair) to High profile Art Collector

Location: London

Salary:       £40K

An interesting and involving role has arisen for an experienced Private Executive Assistant with good business skills who has supported an UHNW/HNW family.  Assisting this international UHNW Family who has manage an extensive art collection and property portfolio.  Degree standard and great at juggling diverse requests.  You will work closely with the female principle  cover complex travel/flights including private jets and diary management when things are very busy for the wider family.   Also to include international travel & extensive diary management.  Smart and on the ball this is a role that never stands still and every day is different. Good all round skills supporting in a UHNW environment will be needed.

Liaison with the family on all important matters as they arise.  Happy to support out of hours if needed including some week-end support if required.

An inclusive and very professional team within the family office so you will be a team player, happy to help out when needed or in very busy times.  A positive and helpful personality used to juggling many requests at last minute sometimes.  An interesting and hugely successful international UHNW family who have extensive international business ventures within art and property.
