Position: Customer Service Assistant- Post Office
Location: Bristol
Job Type: Full time / Part time
Pay: GBP9.00 - GBP11.00 /hr (DoE)
About the role:
We are currently looking for the individuals with excellent communication skills to provide great customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Advising the customers on a wider range of Post Office products.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Reporting all customer complaints to the Manager on Duty/Sub Postmaster.
- Maintaining the stationery stock and keeping the records up to date.
- Use relevant processes and policies to ensure the security of people, stock and cash.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills to understand the customer needs and explaining the services.
- The ability to promote the sales.
- Good numerical skills and the ability to work quickly & accurately
- Should be able to handle cash and information responsibly
- Considerable Retail experience
- Post Office experience would be massive advantageous.
Education:
- Minimum GCSE standard is preferable.
