Personal Assistant to Group MD

At We Build we are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Group MD of one of our clients, if successful you will be based in different offices within the group but all offices will be Liverpool based.

This is a permanent role with a salary of between GBP25,000 and GBP30,000 depending on experience.

A successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience at a job of the same level.

You must be able to undertake all aspects of Senior PA duties including:

* Administration

* Liaising with clients

* Attend meetings with the MD

* Taking business meeting notes
A successful candidate must:

* Have great attention to detail

* Be able to multitask

* Be Trustworthy

* Be able to drive

* Be very well presented as will be attending very important business meetings with the group MD
