A fantastic opportunity for a French or Italian speaking Team Assistant / Office Manager to join a boutique finance organisation in the West end to cover a 7 month maternity /Team Assistant / Office Manager contract. This is a great opportunity to be part of a highly corporate boutique organisation working amongst highly motivated, successful and inspiring individuals. You will provide support to a busy investment team with travel arrangements and diary management as well as support to a Senior EA. On terms of office management you will be the go to person, manage the Board room, meet and greet visitors, onboard new starters, manage supplies and suppliers, organise and oversee any office maintenance and facilities issues as well as onboarding/offboarding administration.
The successful candidate will have French or Italian language skills as well as previous administration and office coordination / support experience, strong microsoft package knowledge, a can do attitude and a highly professional outlook and attitude.
