Our client is looking for 2 Team Assistants to work on a busy project and support a busy HR Team.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: 

 

  • Project assistant work
  • Supporting HR team
  • Email correspondence
  • Database work
  • Ad hoc administration

 

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: 

 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent*
  • Experience within administration
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and Outlook, strong IT skills
  • Professional, well presented, well mannered and personable

 


Graduate* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
