Fund Team Assistant

Our client established its independent fund management business and closed its flagship 1.7 EUR billion fund last year. With the business going through an exciting period of growth & development our client is currently looking for a Fund Team Assistant who will be a key support for the next fund raise and general day to day running of the FIM (Finance and Information Management) Excom’s day. The post holder will be joining a dynamic team with a fantastic opportunity to, experience direct access to and working alongside senior members of a growing organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to the FIM Leadership as well as other colleagues where required
• Management of extensive travel schedule including flights, hotels and transport, and other associated logistics for both International and Domestic trips
• Organising and distributing documents ahead of meetings
• Updating documents and presentations as required
• Organisation of meetings and video calls across global time zones
• Complex diary management
• Expenses and filing
• Personal requests and errands
• Events management coordination
• Liaising with HR/IT with on-boarding; trouble-shooting with IT etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within a similar Assistant role is essential
• Experience with Microsoft team packages is essential
• Confident communication skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and to short deadlines
• Ability to multi-task in a coordinated manner, with a focus on first-class service and delivery
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and ‘hands on’ team player
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
