Temp Receptionist

Office Angels are looking for a professional experienced Receptionist for an amazing client based in the heart of London Bridge.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fabulous office within a friendly team.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Duration: 1 month with the possibility of being extended 

Location: London Bridge (office based only)

Pay Rate: £12ph - £14ph

Start Date: Must be available to start immediately!

Duties of the role:

• Meeting and greeting visitors and guests to the office
• Liaise with building reception and staff to book in visitors
• Telephone and email enquiries
• Order lunches for the office and serving refreshments 
• Set up meeting rooms
• Order stationary and catering for the team
• General administrative duties

Requirements for the role:

• Previous Receptionist experience 
• Professionalism and friendly manner 
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
