REED Accountancy are currently looking for a temporary Accounts Administrator to provide clerical support to the Income & Awards division at Solihull Council.

This is a 3-month temporary assignment for those looking for the next step in their career!

Please note: This role is remote and you must have access to your own computer / laptop

The Role:

  • General administrative duties including typing of letters, minutes of meetings and reports. Updating excel spreadsheets and reporting data.
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and on time
  • General inbox management providing a high level of internal customer service
  • Updating and managing information on a variety of different data systems and processes. Systems include: Northgate, Oracle, Civica - experience using these is highly desirable

The Candidate:

  • Strict attention to detail
  • Able to work manage workload efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role, using a variety of systems is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation

The Details:

  • The successful candidate must be available for an Immediate start
  • 3-month temporary assignment, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
  • Working from home, so you can be based anywhere in the UK as long as you have your own laptop / computer!
  • Paying GBP9 an hour, weekly

Please note, you must have access to your own laptop / computer for this role. This will be completely remote so the successful candidate can be based anywhere within the UK.
