Team Assistant for small investment fund

We have a wonderful temporary position for a bright and engaging Team Assistant to join a small, Mayfair based investment fund. This is a tight-knit team so we require someone who is happy to muck in and cover all areas of support when needed.

This is a temp role but potentially long term permanent if it’s the right fit.

What you’ll do:

• Assist the team in all areas of office administration
• Work with the office manager to ensure a smooth day to day running of things
• Organise events
• Manage meeting rooms
• Organise travel where needed
• Adhoc administration 

Who you are:

• Someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and assist where needed
• Someone who has had experience with investment funds
• Someone with a background in the financial services sector
