Interim HR Officer
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join the HR Team. This is a super exciting time to join our Company as we are growing rapidly. This role is offered on a full time (37.5 hrs per week) temporary basis for 6 months whilst we develop internal systems and will involve key project work whilst supporting the HR team with general day to day operational HR matters.
Key role responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a new MIS system
* Compile Job Descriptions and Person Specifications across the company
* Support with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
* Support with management of employee absence processes
* Produce people metric reports on a regular basis
* Promoting equality, health and safety within the Company
* Manage Company HR policies in line with legislation
* Advise Managers on HR processes in line with Company policies & employment law
* Undertake investigations and lead on disciplinary/grievance hearings
* Record and process confidential information in line with GDPR regulations
You will:
* Be educated to A'level or equivalent
* Have achieved the CIPD level 5 qualification
* Have had experience at HR officer level for a minimum of 1 year ideally in a manufacturing environment
* Have had experience of leading on HR related projects
