A brand new role has arisen for a Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to join a top class Design Agency based in the heart of Central London! This is a support role, assisting the Programme Manager of a busy, international and hugely successful design agency. As such, your role will involve helping with anything and everything administrative and coordination related and in return, you will work alongside a wonderful team of creatives.

Day to day, your role as Project Coordinator will involve supporting the Programme Manager and the wider PM team with all logistical and administrative tasks e.g. diary management, pulling reports, internal communication, logistics coordination, tracking information, ensuring all stakeholders have key information and updating calendars, updating budgets and more. Your primary role will be to free up the team’s time and make their lives easier while creating a consistent and seamless process for clients and colleagues alike.

This is an exciting new role and a brilliant team to be a part of. To be considered for this brand new role, you should be an experienced support professional (at least 3 years as either a PM, project coordinator or Executive Assistant) from within a creative agency. You will be comfortable working in ambiguity and creating order out chaos. You will have top class time management and organisation skills, with a calm demeanour and ability to juggle multiple priorities. You will have excellent communication skills, be confident in supporting others to do their roles and thrive when working with multicultural, international teams. You should bring empathy, a “can-do” attitude, and client focused approach to your role. Proficiency with the Google Suite, the MS package and PM tools is also a plus.

This role is primarily working from home with the option to work from the London studio as restrictions ease.

If this sounds like you and you are available on short notice / immediately, please get in touch asap!
