Our client , an award winning office Design Consultancy are seeking an enthusiastic sales support professional with experience of raising purchase orders individual to join the furniture team.

Our client specify, procure and deliver over £11 million pounds of furniture on behalf of their clients a year, from a variety of British, European and American manufactures.

The ideal candidate will be self organised, meticulous with details and able to confidently organise and collate manufacture orders, providing the sales team with appropriate order information/ packs.

Previous experience raising purchase orders in a sales environment is essential.

Duties will include:

  • Chasing sales quotes / order acknowledgements
  • Putting together "sales sheets"
  • Raising quotations
  • Putting together cost plans
  • Handling customer requests
  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Maintaining good customer relations
  • Answering customers telephone queries
  • Processing Furniture Presentation documents
  • Logistical planning
  • Invoicing
